The serious problems have been experienced in every sectors in our country due to the economic reasons while meeting the requirements of increasing population. To produce the best in cost-effective ways has become a requirement due to those economic reasons against the developping technology and alternative ways have began to be searched. Confectionery sector has also been
suffered from this approachment. Another problem is to find clean, unadulterated raw materials. Our establishment that faced those challenges in early years of 2000 made a decison about making investments in order to maintain the quality in the products. In this process it put a facility into service in 2004 in the Marmara region, a facility that is unique in producing pastry with juice having a production capacity of 500 Kg per day in a closed area of 400 m2 complying with every hygienic conditions, with reporting in European level.
Apart from acquiring all permissions and documents that are obligatory in legal aspects for food production, our facility has also deserved to be equipped with the İSO22000:2005 Quality Certificate in 2005 and foreign accreditation certificate in 2006. We are poducing by the personel who have been trained by ourselves with simply work labour without using machine park.All raw materials we use in production are supplied by the most qualified firms in our sector. We have always bought walnut and pistachio meats and ground them in our own machines since we have started up in the sector in order to avoid any manipulations.
